Haven’t had issues!
Pros
- well maintained apartment - maintenance is responsive - nice area
Cons
- poor laundry facilities - staircase is horribly maintained
Advice to the owners
- Get new laundry machines ASAP

Pros
The location of the building is prime! You’re near Q and a couple blocks away from 456.
Cons
Laundry can be improved- There are only 6 machines in total, 3 washers & 3 dryers, shared between two buildings. Also, the form of payment for these machines are via quarters. Laundry day is already a task, it would be easier to do laundry for everyone if 1. we can pay using refillable laundry cards and 2. The basement is cleaner and is a laundry room rather than a rat dungeon.
