A lot of things in the building are old and broken. We've been living here for many years and none of our windows close all the way shut. They also roll down slowly. The washers and dryers are constantly broken. They have also recently been pushing a lot of evictions through. My guess is get rid of lower rent renters and move in people who pay more, but beware because this building is a mess.
Advice to the owners
Make the facilities consistently usable and make the apartments livable, you receive more than enough funds to do so.

Dirty and gets cleaned once a month, live in super has a day job somewhere else so he’s never available, very old and outdated. Apartments have almost no upgrades despite yearly rent hikes
