Don’t expect your security deposit back

Jennifer O Sullivan is the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. I made a couple late payments during my stay and paid the late fees and she still kept the security deposit. Wildly unprofessional and petty. I wish I could copy the email chain in here to show how childish she is.
