Great Location / Well Managed Property

Pros

Management takes good care of this building, with secure and clean trash outside the building, monthly pest control, regular cleaning of entry way, and responsiveness to issues in the apartment. Never had any issues with pests or rodents. Great location. Virtual doorman (ButterflyMX).

Cons

Packages stolen many times from entry area. Nothing management can do.
