Trash management outside is insanely bad and makes the building look terrible, landlord unresponsive to texts, saw 1 large roach every few months, heat gets way too high in winter

Building is well maintained, they handle trash and clean the hallways every week.
Cons
These studios were clearly large bedrooms that they chopped in half. The radiator is so warm that I sleep above my covers with the window wide open in the winter. I asked them for the measurements of my window to get a new screen and the response I got was "no". Raising my rent $200 for the new year and this apartment is not worth nearly that. Charges you too much money, and expects you to handle most things in your apartment.
