Pros
Responsive landlord spacious unit GREAT light, bathroom, and kitchen
Cons
Price increased dramatically for my last potential lease signing. I was paying 1800/mo. Not worth whatever it costs now for what is in essence a massive studio (NOT a 1br). Big rodent problem mice breeding in walls and saw at least one roach a month
Advice to the owners
Get the rodent stuff figured out, fix the radiators

Great place for the summer
Pros
Really great 24/7 security, I never felt unsafe in the building! This building was in a super great location to grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and beauty salons.
Cons
May not get a lot of natural lighting if your window faces the inside of the building, and security can be a bit much when bringing more than 2 guests into the place, but it is very understandable why.
