Usually very quiet, okay neighbors, lobby door is always locked and fixed if anything happens, hot water, good water pressure, and heating.
Building is hardly cleaned, not a great/safe neighborhood, packages will be stolen majority of the time if left in lobby.
Please create a routine schedule of cleaning building, and supervision or creation of storage for packages.
