Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

bad land lord

Pros

Neighbors are great and so is the neighborhood. Rent Stabilized

Cons

When we moved in, there was a super and a management company but then they both left at the same time and since then, the landlord is hard to get in touch with and slow to respond or unresponsive about fixing anything in the building. Heat and hot water is bad during winter months, elevator continues to break down, damage during rainstorms. Multiple times have had issues with roach and mice. City violations but nothing changes.

Advice to the owners

IF YOU ARE THERE, RUN!

Pros

On the same block as a pretty cool oyster/ramen/craft cocktails place The thick walls keep the apartment relatively cool and quiet in summer if you’re not on the sunny side of the building

Cons

ROACHES, MICE, BATHROOM LEAKS, COLLAPSING BATHROOM CEILINGS
