Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Not a lot of natural light, but well-maintained co-op building

Pros

Well-maintained, amazing neighborhood

Cons

Pigeons, lack of natural light

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Clean, well-maintained building in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood

Pros

Excellent super. Beautiful neighborhood that is also quiet and close to trains. Clean and well-maintained building. Love this building.

Cons

Like any older NYC building, no control of the heat. I also found the pigeons in the garbage area of the building to be occasionally loud when I want to sleep in.

Advice to the owners

Keep at it. The pigeons can go though.
