old management was decent, new management clearly doesn't care much
Pros
well constructed apartments and when things work they work well. not a lot of apartments means not much noise.
Cons
roach infestation from a bad tenant and now its everyone's problem. landlord is unresponsive often. also the units come with central air attached to an external condenser but new landlord refuses to fix it (they're all broken now) forcing you to get your own window unit and just avoiding your living room for the whole summer (because there's no way to cool the living room since it has balcony doors).
Advice to the owners
buying a building is like buying a used car; you can get mad at the previous owner for not disclosing the AC doesn't work but you are responsible for it now.
