Good unit, overpriced

Honestly this apartment was very good overall. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, terrace, storage locker, wine cooler, and quiet neighbors
Cons
Poor natural light, could have been priced a bit lower, management was slow to repond to a few tickets
Decent Amenities But Slow Management

Units renovated, A/C and washer dryer, rooftop, citibike access, storage in basement, Bluetooth stereo in living room, dishwasher
Cons
Management is slow to respond to inquiries, slow to fix things (took them months to fix our broken dryer + weeks to fix our hot water/water pressure), no elevator, building itself is a bit dilapidated, butterflymx buzzer system breaks almost every month, management now reports your rent payment to credit companies
Advice to the owners
Management staff is overworked/super slow; more organization and more staff for timeliness
