Not the worst
Former Tenant

Great neighbors good light and views.

Bad landlord and management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units have good layouts and top floor units have good natural light. There are some long time residents in the building who are wonderful neighbors too.
Cons:
Horrible owner/management company!! The mgmt company answers promptly but does nothing to address root causes of problems (top floor ceiling leaks, roaches and mice, heat from their renovated heating system not working) it truly is a shame because it is a decent 6-unit building and there are longtime residents living here who have seen the building deteriorate when the new management company and landlord took ownership ~9-10 years ago. The landlord is completely negligent and it is clear they want to run everyone out of the building and raise the rents.
Advice to owner:
Stop being slumlords and fix this deteriorating building. It is shameful how you ignore the needs of tenants who have been living there for decades.
