Horrible in a nutshell

Pros:
No pros here only cons unfortunately
Cons:
The building is filthy, infrastructure damaged to the point when it’s raining outside it’s also raining in the building, and the supers only clean lobby not every floor. It’s like pulling teeth to get the handyman to fix anything in the apartment. Living here is a real life nightmare. Proceed with caution !!!!!!
Advice to owner:
Put more money into your property it’s falling apart!!!!
