Isn’t worth the money

Pros

Most of the apartments have dishwashers and washers, the location and neighbors are very nice

Cons

New owners don’t give a crap about the building. It’s become dirty with barely anyone ever cleaning it, trash cans overflow and roaches are the most active. In addition to that, you will hardly ever be able to reach the management to complain about the problems.
