Pros
Between the F and Q line Plenty of shops at Cortelyou Road Now has an Amazon pickup bin (there was an issue with package theft for a while) New Super that seems very responsive
Cons
No response from landlords regarding ANY issues. There is a roach problem with the building. Pest control comes in once a month but you need to be lucky to have them come in and spray your apartment. The visits do not seem to really help There has been several leaks due to heavy rain. Management will not patch the issue. You can hear your upstairs neighbors no problem! The super has no control over the heat - its now operated by the landlord. You will be cold or overly hot - there is no in-between. Window guards will not be installed no matter how many times you ask You will feel the breeze from windows during the winter

Actually respond to calls or portal messages when there's an issue with the building
