Supportive doormen and supers, package management was efficient, great size apartments, great access to all the best of the Forest Hills neighborhood
Cons
Towards the end, I had issues with wall and ceiling leaks on rainy days. There was also a waterbug presence out of nowhere but I think it was because of construction from a tenant nearby.
Excellent building staff, terrible landlord and management

Excellent building staff, friendly and helpful doormen and supers Recently we had a leak in the ceiling - the supers are great and are figuring out how to fix it promptly - once again attesting to the great building staff here!
Cons
The landlord Gary Hoffman of Sibling realty is extremely rude and unyielding, the building manager Fred Balik of Lovett is unresponsive and incompetent. They took almost a month to approve an emotional support animal application for someone who suffers from mental health conditions, and in the interim sent notices threatening legal action for having an ESA. Additionally Gary Hoffman UNLAWFULLY demanded a history of A MINIMUM of 5 years of mental health conditions in order to approve the application. Think 20 times before signing a lease with Sibling realty!
