Big living space, separate eating and cooking area
Cons
Mouse Infestation - Issue has been ongoing since moving in, other units in the apartment have the problem as well Repairs - Many issues (drafty, unsealed bathroom tiles, drawers in kitchen don’t pull out properly) Heat - The heating is very uneven, bedrooms in the back are cold while the closet is warm Packages - Packages frequently stolen Backyard - Tenant below has access to the backyard, views directly into the bedroom windows Noise - Little to no sound insulation, can hear upstairs and downstairs neighbor easily
Advice to the owners
Hire independent contractors to fix all the issues before renting this unit out
