Pros:
There was washer and dryer inside the unit.
Cons:
There were countless problems with the apartment, the central heating system stopped working multiple times, during the summer, fall and the height of winter. It was not fixed for 6 weeks for there was not heat in the apartment. There were electrical issues with the outlets; they did not work, problems with the water not working, and mice running about in the kitchen playing tag, I wish I were joking about this, but I am not. These are a few of the problems because there are many more. Oh, how can I forget how terrible management was and the landlord. I would NOT recommend anyone rent this place; you will not get your money's worth.
