Affordable, rent-stabilized, amazing super

Pros:
Affordable, rent-stabilized, the super is top notch, the neighborhood is nice, close to train stations B, Q, and went in need 4, 5.
Cons:
Neighbors can be loud, there’s always someone hanging out in front of the building, sometimes playing music.

They clean things right away, garbage never a problem, elevator cleaned, hallways cleaned weekly.
Cons:
Super takes forever to fix something Mice infested everyone in building most likely have mice or roaches.

-robert, the unofficial doorman who lives in the basement, is always there to help you with your programs and greet you as you arrive or leave. -live-in super -elevator
Cons:
-tons of mice in our apartment, even though my roommates and I are relatively clean -super doesn’t always answer the phone when you need him -can be very noisy

Love the area but Roaches are an issue

Close to everything, large rooms, nice neighbors. Owners responsive.
Cons:
Roaches are in all the units. Owners monthly exterminator isn’t enough to fix the problem.
Inadequate heating in unit. Package Theft is an issue in lobby. Lobby is outdated and not attractive
Advice to owner:
Update the building, lobby included. Do whatever it takes to get rid of the roaches and rodent infestation.

Loved my neighbors, wonderful people in the building. Loved loved the super and his team. Very responsive and constantly cleaning the common spaces.
Cons:
Elevator was often broken. Although the super and his team cleaned the common spaces constantly, people would leave trash or messes around and the elevator could be gross.
