Quiet building, the package area is a nice touch, in-building laundry, laundry next door, coffee shop next door.
Not much to dislike, floors could have been in better shape but it was a great sized studio for the price. Tried to charge me a late move fee after the legal 14 days but once I pointed it out in the lease they sent me the full amount.
