not too shabby, BUT….

Pros:
my ceiling hasn’t fallen yet
Cons:
cleanliness, washer / dryer extremely dirty, poor infrastructure, TURN ON THE FUCKING HEAT
Advice to owner:
court or a funeral due to hypothermia? pick your battle wisely

Pros:
Nice neighbors, low rent, pet friendly, great location.
Cons:
Poor maintenance, ugly common areas, constant heat and hot water issues, monthly exterminators have minimal effect, repairs usually leave things worse, and management attempts to raise rent despite all of the above
Advice to owner:
Get a super who really knows what they’re doing and cares about the job; remember that people actually live here and don’t want to look at half-painted walls for weeks on end; and finally fix the damned front door already!
