Horrible slumlord

This place had bed bugs infestation at one point. The owner provide barely any heat during winter with old windows leaking cold air. When asked, owner ignored and bullied tenants instead of taking care of the problems. They also accept all random people without doing much background check to avoid vacancy bringing in all sorts of character. The rent isn’t even that cheap. Avoid at all cost. Not worth it for the rent.
Advice to the owners
Stop being a slumlord. Own up to your actions and start running a proper rental.
