Few Rotten Neighbors

Pros

I have been living here for many years and it was always beautiful and well put together. Strict security. Attentive maintenance workers and super.

Cons

As of lately it looks as though they are letting anyone live here. I witnessed a woman who was a neighbor for many years as well almost get physically attacked over an assigned parking space. She threatened the poor woman repeatedly and the security did not even call the police. It was scary to witness. Let’s keep all of the tenants safe please.

Advice to the owners

Please do background checks and let’s keep ocean a park a decent place to live.

Decent Buildint

Pros

I’ve lived here a long time. Has three elevators, laundry room for tenants. Very frequent super.

Cons

Always doing construction. Very bad roach problem. Elevators always breaking. Management harasses you any chance they get.

Advice to the owners

Think more of your tenants and not just the money you make.
