best view, good amenities, small apartment

Pros

legit the best view of manhattan from the roof. roof gym is great. pool is awesome. some doormen were wonderful. quick with repairs. maintenance staff are so lovely. package system is good.

Cons

some doormen are rude and ignore me when I say hi. apartment is small and constant honking and sirens from the busy street. slept with earplugs every night and it was still loud. a/c unit sucks.
