Building needs upgrade asap
Pros
I like that Majority of the time the front door of the building is lock.. you need a key to enter
Cons
Rodents.. I have mice in my apartment they come in from under my house door
Advice to the owners
Take care of this rodent problem it’s becoming a real issue through out the building

Management is horrible. Lack of concern for tenants and their safety.
Pros
Park view and housing court.
Cons
The supers are horrible and all of the buildings community rooms is used for their families as a personal space. Supers live better than tenants. Management is crooked, unprofessional and racism is horrible. If one fights for their rights retaliation is their solution.3 new management’s in 6 years. I love my apt,building and community especially when we were a community.
