Loud, but doable

Pros

Inexpensive, easy access to trains and buses. Some rooms have good natural light.

Cons

Eastern Parkway is very loud

Advice to the owners

Installing double pane windows to help reduce sound bleed and insulate the temperature in the building better. A second bathroom in each unit. I believe the basement is unused, so having laundry down there would be a great amenity.
