It had potential

Pros

The units in these apartments are actually huge, I’ve lived in a two bedroom and three bedroom unit in here- both duplexes with two bathrooms, plenty of closets. Pretty good grocery store attached to one of the buildings which is really convenient. Lots of public transportation close by.

Cons

There are a lot of people living here that don’t care about the building or their neighbors-they smoke and play loud music in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. People don’t put trash properly in the chute and pile it in the hallway. Security here is useless even though they built a security station in every building a couple years ago. Very noisy. Roaches and mice.

Advice to the owners

Actually be more involved in the upkeep and reputation of these buildings.
