Great Building with Character

Pros

Rent stablised, unique layouts, and spacious for NY. It's one of the more affordable building in the neighbourhood. It has a gorgeous atrium-like lobby. Each unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and CENTRAL A/C. The staff are all helpful and friendly.

Cons

The management company isn't always the most responsive.
