Building is ok

Pros

Tenants are all nice, kind and respectful.

Cons

Lots of bugs in the summer. Lots of roaches & ants & flies. Also the building has a really bad mice problem. The super almost never cleans the hallway stairs or even fixes broken stairs. Super takes way to long to fix simple problems or he might just never show up for the job. From door to enter building quickly shuts closed very hard & makes a loud slamming door whenever anyone walks in the building.

Advice to the owners

Get a new super. One that will clean the hallway Atleast once a week & actually knows how to do repairs the right way. Fix the front door which slams very loudly & most importantly get an exterminator Atleast once a month, these peat are to the point where no matter what we do that just keep coming.
