Phillip Miller

Recent reviews for buildings managed by Phillip Miller indicate a mixed experience. Tenants appreciate the great location, good heat, and high water pressure, alongside effective garbage management. However, cleanliness often falls short, with issues noted around pest control and ventilation. Noise levels and neighbor interactions can be problematic, impacting overall comfort. While the management proves responsive, improvements in communication regarding neighborly conduct have been suggested. Despite these concerns, the quick return of security deposits and a friendly environment has left some renters cautiously optimistic, though many do not recommend the buildings due to cleanliness and pest concerns.
