The location is great.
Cons
Neighbors in the building were not the best.
Advice to the owners
Please do better to assure neighbors act respectfully.

Pros
Great location between to train stations Communicative Management Quick Security Deposit Return There was a 1/2 bathroom
Cons
Mice Problem Basically had to be my own exterminator. The most management would do was “cover” holes. Roaches and small bugs (we weren’t dirty tenants)
Advice to the owners
Put salt in front of the building before snow.
