Alright for a first apt

Cheap compared to rest of city , easy to pay rent and report issues , issues will be fixed eventually , amazing super

Cons

Manager of building can be rude, you can wait a long time before certain issues are rectified, water heat is so so (days where the water is cold), laundry room is often broken, packages always stolen, roach issues
