Great and fair responses from owners and super

Pros

Super is really nice and responsive. It might take a follow-up or two, but we always get a response and have something solved within a week. Apartment has in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and updated appliances. Have a relatively good deal in a great neighborhood.

Cons

The building is tilting and the floors are quite uneven. The apartment is small but we never hear neighbors through the walls. I have had issues with cockroaches and other bugs but the exterminator comes once a month and takes control of those situations.

Good building pretty loud location

Pros

Management is super responsive. Pretty spacious apartment for a decent price.

Cons

Very loud next to the freeway. Back window could be replaced to a thicker glass. Hallways are kind of dingy.
