Pros

Small building with friendly neighbours

Cons

Where to start? Poor and rushed construction with lots of shortcuts taken. The initial building management was useless, the apartments with outdoor spaces have reported multiple rat sightings. The apartments themselves look great however there are many structural issues that you do not realise until you live there. The windows are not sealed properly, leaking cold air in during the winter and letting cool air escape in the summer. None of the apartments have fanned vents in the bathrooms. Limited to no storage in the kitchen due to poor storage selections. Safety was an issue that has improved with the instalment of cameras. For those with basement in their apartments, you will need a dehumidifier running constantly during the summer. The basements also are next to the elevator machines which are loud, do not put a bedroom down there. The floor and ceilings are thin so you can hear neighbours walking around. There clearly isn’t enough space here for me to list the bad parts of this building

Advice to the owners

Short of telling them to tear the entire building down, a good start would be to listen to the tenants
