Felt very safe and quiet

Very quiet back building, felt very safe, relatively fast responsiveness from landlord, nice neighbors

Landlord could be quite rude and didn’t believe a lot of complaints

Best apartment building ever!!! I have lived in many many NYC apartments over the years but none quite like this. I moved in this year, in July 2020 and I can’t believe how lucky I am to have found a place that felt like home instantly. My landlord Adam is super accommodating and helpful with everything, including the process - so easy . He feels like a family member and I have to say all of the tenants love him. He quickly responds to any questions - truly the most responsive and land lord I ever interacted with. The building is clean, well taken care of by our fantastic superintendent. The apartments are renovated with design and function in mind. There is an amazing courtyard between the buildings where the neighbors come together and everyone is friendly and warm. If you are looking for a building that has a an East village neighborhood vibe, this is it! I am never moving again.
