super is fairly responsive, though doesn’t give notice when coming to the apartment. i’ve had people unlock and come into the apartment when i was home before

- Great location, building maintenance, package delivery, etc - Good communication
Cons
- Lots of noise and illegal commercial vendor noise from neighbors that landlord did nothing about, we had to call the authorities ourselves
