Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

three horatio street

Pros

Responsive management, great location, great air conditioning and well lit.

Cons

Some smoking from neighbors downstairs, heat was inconsistent at times.

Advice to the owners

Top landlord, sign with no hesitation

Pros

This might be the kindest, most attentive landlord in New York City. Responds via text almost immediately, should a problem arise. The building shows its age, but it’s maintained

Cons

No buzzer at front door - admittedly a HUGE con as it makes package delivery a nightmare.
