Check the trash chute on the floor you visit

Pros

The neighbors, porters, and neighborhood.

Cons

People will hang out on the benches until late at night and they are LOUD. There is currently a roach infestation in the trash rooms on most floors and nothing is being done about it.

Have security actually secure the area.
