Multiple management companies have failed to get this building under control. This building has been neglected for so long that it is riddled with mold, roaches, and leaks from poor plumbing. Max Lebo and management do not care about tenants rights and will threaten you with legal action if you try to get them to take accountability and actually do their job.

Please stop fucking over your tenants. How do you feel good about yourselves? Shame on you all.
