Great doormen, reply to maintenance requests quickly, clean and new.
None really. The cooling/heating units sometimes got stuck on heat, but could have been a one off.
Management was great, front desk and handymen are really helpful and responsive
If you are a light sleeper, don't choose the side that is facing manhattan because of the view.
