Scaffolding for 15 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great.
Cons:
The apartments are small, the tenants are transient and the worst is the scaffolding which has been up for 15 years. You can google it! The apartment have no view because of the scaffolding and netting. It's awful.
Advice to owner:
Hurry up with the repairs, higher a helper for the super, spruce up the lobby.

Scaffolding is terrible. They told us a few months when we moved in it’s been 2 years. No full time lobby doorman. Parcels everywhere.
