Mgmt doesn't care

Pros

we have a worker who takes good care of the garbage and carpet.

Cons

We have roaches, mice and mold. Old appliances and was told I was getting a new fridge and they never got back to me since summer of 2025. ai called mgmt and complaint to them I had a person prostituting and selling drugs and their reply was "We cant do anything as long as their rent is paid" and to call 911 anonymously and complain. I want to move out this building so bad and I lived here since 2010.

Advice to the owners

Pros

Nice size studios cleaned up regularly for most part

Cons

MICE. Also getting any type of things fixed n your apt can take forever. Sometimes superintendent just forgets your issue. Although he’ has a lot to deal with
