Extremely Rigid and Poorly Communicated Policies

Pros

– The location is convenient – The apartment itself was decent

Cons

– Communication felt abrupt and unprofessional – No flexibility around normal life situations like guests – Policy enforcement was inconsistent and reactive – Overall stressful experience

Advice to the owners

Please consider improving how you communicate and enforce policies. A little clarity, flexibility, and respect would go a long way toward keeping tenants happy and avoiding unnecessary conflict.

not many problems

Pros

Have lived here for a few years, generally happy with it. Nice building, beautiful lobby, helpful staff.

Cons

Occasional plumbing issues, but usually they get fixed. There was a roach issue a few months after I moved in, but it was solved with a liberal application of Vendetta (a bait gel that I strongly recommend). Laundry machines are expensive.
