Pros
It's technically a place to live. Some apartments come with free drugs depending on your neighbor, a "pro" for some people.
Cons
Don't expect to have hot water or heat especially during the coldest times of winter. Tenants are allowed to smoke inside and smoke all kinds of drugs in the common areas. Often the smoke would come into my apartment - see video. Fred Lumaj doesn't care if drugs are coming into your child's bedroom. I would get contact highs from riding the elevator. Fred lets men with serious anger problems live there who break doors and terrorize other tenants. Smells like a meth lab is cooking on the 5th floor. This is a 5/5 star place for a crackhead.

Condemn this building.
