Pros
I hate it here, I don't like nothing about this place. It isn't even up to code at all and very much illegal to be renting something out like this. This place is scungy and run down.
Cons
This place isn't up to code. There's no carbon monoxide alarm anywhere, he brings used appliances when the originals break. He doesn't fix anything at all and his kids make so much noise out of control over your head they have no consideration at all. This is the worst place ever, stay away from this place at all costs you'll be very miserable here. He's practically a slumlord. You don't even have access to the backyard at all, this family is very selfish and rude I don't approve. If I can give 0 stars I definitely would, nothing about this place deserves 1 star. It's not worth what he charges, you'll be better taking your business elsewhere.
Advice to the owners
Fix things on time especially when people is paying thousands of dollars to live in a noisy loud and pest infested basement. As a landlord your supposed to fix things on time and accommodate your tenants when needed. You just take people's money and rip them off. Nothing has been done since we resided here.
