Loved this building
Pros
Loved this building, it’s well maintained and the doormen are kind. Beautiful views of the east river from the rooftop and some apartment balconies.
Cons
Laundry is expensive, $4 per machine, and sometimes there were 5-10 minute waits for the elevator.

Management company is unresponsive, unprofessional and negligent if you have any issues in your unit
