Raises your rent every year...

Pros

Outdoor space balcony. Landscaping well maintained.

Cons

Very very small kitchen, anytime their is maintenance in boiler room water bugs enter apartments .. raises rent significantly every year!! Bad landlord also raised rent while in a pandemic !

Give 3 months notice before raising rent.
