Lived here for years

Pros

- Generally clean - Nice neighbors - Good location - Good sunlight with big window

Cons

- Poor insulation from big window in winter - Can get pretty dusty sometimes - Loud street

I hate this place

Pros

It's a rent stabilized building and it's all 2 bedrooms. Located centrally in Crown heights which is great. Feels like a safe area and near 3 bus lines.

Cons

- heat and hot water not included. our gas bills were $250 each month even though we barely used the heat - super basically nonexistent. he only replies when we send in tickets - the walls are the thinnest I've ever experienced in new york. I can hear my neighbors taking a shower in the apartment next to me.
