Scheming Landlord + Repairs Masked

Pros:
HP Lovecraft lived There. Great location
Cons:
Landlord refused to do any repairs and maintenance...until neighborhood gentrified...and even then repairs were shotty. Lots of mold behind walls. Landlord known for trying to go around rent stabilization leases and laws. Not properly managed building
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like families with dignity and rights regardless of trends in the market
