super old building. roaches come and go (if ur neighbors have them…u have them..). i guess everyone has them. the exterminator comes every month, but the problem has never fully gone away, despite my partner and i being super clean. bummer, because the apartment itself is great.
Advice to the owners
consider some serious renovations. these problems (particularly with pests) will not go away until management makes the decision to do some much needed work on this place.
Did not receive security deposit after move
Pros
Peaceful layout, nice neighbors, quiet. Packages are safe.
Cons
I did not receive my security deposit after moving out of the apartment and leaving it in good condition. While I didn't have a full infestation, I found single bedbugs a couple times over the course of my several year stay there.
Advice to the owners
Please refresh the morale of this building and how you treat your tenants.
