A hot mess

Pros

The neighbors are cool

Cons

The owner of this building needs to hang up the towel!! You see all the violations he has it’s bc he doesn’t fix sh**. The apartment will look nice until you get in it and then everything starts falling apart all he does is patch it up (few days later the problem is back) . Then the landlord gets mad when he find out u calling 311 as if your doing something wrong. This was/is the worst first experience of my life zero stars do not recommend honestly
